CANCELLATIONS
&
NO SHOWS

All new clients will be asked to put a credit card number on file to hold your spot at time of booking. 


Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of your service will be charged 50% of the service fee. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Obviously life happens.. I get it! If sickness, bad weather, or an emergency comes up and you have to cancel, just please be honest with me and I will work it out with you.

Last minute cancellations and no shows of existing clients will be asked to put a credit card number on file before they can book another appointment in the future.

RUNNING LATE?

Please Let Me Know!

I totally get things happen, but if you're running behind please give the salon a call so I have a heads up. We will adjust your appointment appropriately once you get here. *Please Note* Out of respect for my other clients' time that I have booked that day, we may have to shorten your service or forfeit certain parts of your service to make sure that I am not running late for other appointments. If you are too late for me to perform your service correctly, I will ask you to reschedule. You may be charged a fee for your appointment time you had scheduled.

10 minutes into your scheduled time if you are not here and I haven't heard from you, I will give you a call to see if you are still going to make it. If I still haven't heard  from you 15 minutes into your scheduled time I will mark you as a no show and you will be charged the appointment fee and have to reschedule. 

If I am running late with an appointment I will try my best to do a courtesy call to let you know ahead of time so you aren't waiting for me. I always try my best to stay on time, but sometimes things happen and I run behind. Please know I value your time and I will not be shortening your service for my tardiness. I apologize in advance if this happens.

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact me at the salon within a week and I will do my best to fix the issue. Sometimes colors need a little tweaking..I'm human, it happens!

I do not offer refunds for any reason. Sometimes color expectations are higher than the reality of what we can achieve, but I do my best to explain the process during our consultation. Since I'm providing a service; the price I charge reflects my expertise, product cost, and my time. For this reason, I am unable to give any money back if you are dissatisfied.

CHILDREN AT APPOINTMENTS

Although I love children, the salon unfortunately isn't the safest place for them to be. With hot tools and chemicals within reach, I would prefer if you find alternate care for your children during your appointment.

*Please note, if children are present at an appointment, I am not responsible for any damage to my suite or injury*
Parents will be held responsible for any of these events
