Cancellations

I kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment total, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total. Please call or text me directly at (320) 335-9190. Facebook or Instagram messages aren’t monitored for scheduling changes. This policy helps to respect my time and allows other clients the opportunity to book those appointment spots.

refunds

Because my work is a service and not a product, I don’t offer refunds. My goal is always for you to love your hair! If there’s something you’re not happy with, please reach out to me within one week of your appointment so together we can make it right. Your satisfaction means a lot to me, and I want you to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
